Live in Nanny in London

A live in nanny in Islington, London is needed by a family to take good care of their lovely baby and charming toddler. They speak mainly English in the family, but would ideally have someone who can speak German or Mandarin too. The ideal candidate must be engaging, fun and caring, presentable, easygoing, ideally, with previous experience with two children, someone flexible to do extra babysitting when required. This is a pet friendly household, and they seek someone who will show genuine care for their dog. There will be occasional holiday travels abroad and around the UK, and the nanny is welcome to join them. A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: 5 days per week, 7:30 am to 8:00 pm with 2 nights of babysitting

Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom

Duties include:

• preparing milk,
• organising the children’s daily schedule,
• changing nappies,
• cleaning and sterilising bottles,
• setting up nap routine,
• washing and dressing them,
• playing with them,
• helping the toddler with potty/toilet training,
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners,
• creating activities and playdates,
• preparing and administering healthy food for the toddler.
• laundry and ironing after the children,
• cleaning up after the meals,
• maintaining the children's room and play areas tidy at all times
