Live-in Nanny in Notting Hil, London, Job ID J1DE9A

This lovely family, based in Notting Hill, London, is seeking a Live-in Nanny to care for their toddler and new baby, due in January 2026. Knowledge of Italian would be an advantage. The role will include all general nanny duties. The nanny will be required to provide 24-hour cover for the first three months, after which the position will transition to a full-time daytime role. The candidate will be expected to return to their own accommodation at weekends. While no formal qualifications are necessary, newborn experience is essential. The role also requires worldwide travel for 4 to 8 weeks per year, so flexibility is a must. A valid first aid qualification is also required.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 24-hour cover for the first 3 months, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, after that period, Total hours per week: 58 hours ( pro rata )

Accommodation: Own room Monday to Friday

Duties include:

• Assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for the baby
• Bathing and ensuring proper hygiene for the children
• Safeguarding the children’s well-being, safety, and development
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks suited to the children’s needs
• Keeping bedrooms and play areas clean, tidy, and organised
• Engaging the children in play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as park visits
• Encouraging early literacy through reading
• Providing homework support and helping with the children’s learning
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support structure and development
