Live-in Nanny in W2, Job ID J21BB3

A Bayswater based family seeks a Full-time Live-in Nanny to take good care of their 4-month-old baby. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of childcare experience and will speak fluent English. French or German would be a bonus. Someone warm, nurturing, organised, and confident caring for babies would be ideal for this role. All nursery duties are required in this role. The family travels to Europe and the USA, so someone comfortable travelling with the family would be ideal. A driver would be a bonus, but this is not essential. The candidate will be provided with their own room and bathroom. Formal childcare qualifications are required for this role.

A valid first aid certification is required for this role.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 19:00

Duties include:

• caring for a 4-month-old baby
• assisting with nappy changes
• preparing bottles for the baby
• bathing the baby and maintaining proper hygiene
• ensuring the child’s safety, well-being, and development
• establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines
• preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks when age appropriate
• keeping the child’s bedroom and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• washing and ironing the baby’s clothes
• grocery shopping for the child
• meal planning for the child
• engaging the baby in interactive play and age-appropriate activities
• arranging outdoor outings, such as visits to the park
• encouraging early literacy by reading books
• supporting the child’s educational growth
• travelling with the family to Europe and the USA when required
