A Live-in Nanny is needed by a busy family based in Loughton, Essex, to provide attentive care for their baby and toddler. They are looking for an experienced, caring, and easygoing candidate with a basic understanding of child development. The role involves all standard childcare duties. A driver is essential for this position, and the candidate must be confident driving both automatic and manual vehicles. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday for 60 hours per week on a flexible schedule

Accommodation: Own separate ensuite room

Duties include:

• Assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for infants
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children's needs
• Bathing the children and maintaining high standards of hygiene
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and holistic development of the children
• Engaging the children in interactive play, age-appropriate educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
• Encouraging early literacy and a love for reading through regular storytelling
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to provide structure and support for development
• Keeping children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
