Live-in Nanny needed in SW11

A lovely family in Battersea, London is looking for a Live-in Nanny to provide proper care for their precious baby and school-aged child. An ideal candidate will be someone energetic, proactive, focused on developmental stages and easygoing. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the baby when the baby is able to eat solid foods. It would be ideal if the nanny is flexible to join them thrice or four times a week per year when they travel.

Someone who could speak the Tagalog language is ideal however they can consider English-speaking candidates. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, 50 hours per week. Nanny to pick up and help on Sunday evening if leaving early on Friday, details to be discussed with the family.

Accommodation: Separate bedroom in the family home

Duties include:

• caring and nurturing the child
• cooking healthy meals for the children
• following morning and afternoon routines
• sterilising bottles of milk for the baby
• changing nappies
• helping the older child with homework
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners
• creating activities and playdates
• preparing and administering healthy food for the children
• preparing and assisting with bath time and bedtime
• cleaning and washing up after children’s meals
• washing and ironing children’s clothes
• reporting every activities and issue to the parents
