Live-in Nanny to start ASAP, Job ID J1B0ED

A lovely family in Balham, London is looking for a Live-in Nanny to help them in looking after their two school-aged children. An ideal candidate will be someone proactive, and flexible who can carry out all typical childcare duties. They want to inform the candidates that they are looking for someone comfortable with same-sex partners home. The nanny must be comfortable joining them when they take international trips. Someone who can drive and holds a full driving license is required and an electric car can be provided. Someone who could speak the Spanish language is ideal however they can consider English speakers.

A valid first aid qualification is essential to this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday; split shift from 7:00 am to 9:00 am then 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, approximately 35 hours per week

Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom

Duties include:

• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
• Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
• Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development

The family is seeking someone who can start in August or September 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
