A family in Woking are looking for a Live In Part Time Au Pair to help look after their two children aged between 5 and 9 years old. The position would be 7am to 9am and 3pm to 7pm, Mondays to Fridays. The Au Pair will have time during the day to go to English lessons or take the train to London and explore the city. The family are looking for someone to become part of the family and be and older sibling figure to the children.
The Au Pair would be required to help get the children ready for the day, prepare healthy snacks and meals for the children such as breakfast, helping with the school runs, take the children to afterschool activities such as tennis lessons, help out with their homework, take them to the playground, organise playdates and walk the family dog. The Au Pair will also be asked to help with some light housekeeping duties during the day such as organising the family's the laundry and ironing, ensure the house is clean and tidy by putting away toys, wipe down the kitchen surfaces after use, tidy the children's bedrooms, change the linen on their beds weekly and hoovering the floor. The Au Pair will be asked to help with the children's evening routine at night by supervising bath time, making sure the children have brushed their teeth and are changed into their pyjamas.
Woking is a lovely town that is only 30 minutes on the train to London, so the Au Pair will be able to experience both English countryside living and City life.
