London family hiring a Live-in Housekeeper

A Live-in Housekeeper is needed by this lovely family in Ditchling, Hassocks to help them maintain the cleanliness of their home. An ideal candidate will be someone organised and hardworking who takes initiative with all general housekeeping tasks. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare basic healthy meals for the family. A driver who holds a full driving license would be a bonus but is not a must. They may require the housekeeper to join them when they travel but depends on the candidate's ability.

Working hours: Monday to Friday for 50 hours per week on a flexible schedule

Accommodation: Private annex with bedroom and bathroom, kitchen and washing machine

Duties include:

• dusting and mopping the floors
• doing the laundry and ironing
• polishing the furniture
• cleaning the windows
• organising and maintaining their wardrobes
• running errands such as grocery shopping
• preparing a variety of healthy meals, following recipes
• dry cleaning
• weekly deep cleans of the kitchen and bathrooms
• unloading and loading the dishwasher
