London family hiring Live in Housekeeper

This busy family residing in a lovely area of Newbury is currently searching for an experienced Housekeeper to work for them in a live-in position. A qualified housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining their property in an exceptionally clean environment. Someone proactive and comfortable working alongside other staff would be ideal for this role. They own a dog so someone who is comfortable around animals is essential. The family also prefers someone who knows to drive but this is not a must.

Working hours: 5 days per week, 9 am to 5 pm (with flexibility)

Accommodation Own bedroom and Bathroom

Duties include:

• take care of the household,
• mopping the floor,
• dusting,
• cooking for the family,
• freshening the rooms
• doing the laundry and ironing of the family,
• hoovering the carpets and floors,
• ensuring all bedrooms are always clean,
• polishing floor,
• making sure the toilet and bathroom are clean,
• doing the grocery shopping and errands,
• organising cupboards and changing bedsheets.
