Mandarin-speaking Nanny-housekeeper in Islington, Job ID J1E02B

A lovely family in Islington is seeking a proactive and experienced Nanny-housekeeper to assist in caring for their 17-month-old toddler and keep their home clean and tidy. The ideal candidate will be someone friendly, warm and engaging. The family would like someone who can speak Mandarin fluently. Interactions with the toddler will primarily be in Mandarin. The candidate will be required to complete light housekeeping tasks - no deep cleaning necessary as the family already has a cleaner.

Working hours: Monday to Wednesday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM | Thursday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Duties include:

• Assisting with mealtime and helping the child transition to independent eating
• Assist with nappy changes and maintaining proper hygiene
• Cooking healthy and nutritious meals for the child
• Assist with potty training
• Engage the toddler in age-appropriate games and activities
• Keeping shared spaces clean and tidy
• Taking the recycling and rubbish out every night
• Light sweeping and hoovering the floors
• Laundry for the child and household

The family is looking for someone to start ASAP.
