A lovely family based in Camden Town, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their toddler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nursery pick-ups, organising enriching age-appropriate activities, and coordinating playdates. The family is specifically looking for a German or Russian-speaking candidate to support the child’s language development in a natural, play-based environment. A valid paediatric first-aid qualification is also required.

Working hours: Monday to Wednesday or Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 3pm to 7pm

Duties include:

• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the child
• Assisting with washing, dressing, and maintaining proper hygiene routines
• Supporting the child with homework and other school-related tasks
• Engaging them in after-school and recreational activities to promote physical and cognitive development
• Planning and facilitating creative activities such as arts and crafts, as well as organising playtime at parks and playgrounds
• Keeping the child’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings clean, organised, and tidy
• Assisting with evening and bedtime routines, including storytime, to help them unwind
