A full-time Nanny is needed by this wonderful family based in Bromley, London, to provide attentive care for their precious baby. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced and genuinely passionate about working with children, not just doing a job, but truly invested in the child’s growth, happiness, and development. The family is looking for someone proactive, exceptionally well-organised, and confident in managing all aspects of the child’s daily routine. The family travels frequently, particularly to the UAE and Europe, so flexibility and a willingness to travel internationally are essential. A driver with a full driving licence is required for this role. Turkish speakers are highly preferred, though English-speaking candidates will also be considered. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00/7:00 pm, approximately 50 hours per week

Duties include:

• Creating and maintaining consistent daily routines
• Planning age-appropriate activities, playdates, and educational outings
• Handling school and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups
• Managing the child’s wardrobe, including seasonal organisation
• Running errands and doing grocery shopping for the family
• Coordinating medical and developmental appointments
• Preparing and serving healthy meals and snacks suited to the child’s needs
• Supporting learning and development; experience in tutoring or early childhood education is a plus
• Assisting with nappy changes and upholding high hygiene standards
• Preparing and sterilising bottles; feeding the baby as needed
• Bathing and dressing the baby appropriately
• Supporting nap and bedtime routines
• Encouraging early learning through sensory play and age-appropriate stimulation
• Keeping the baby’s room and play areas clean and organised
• Washing, drying, and folding baby clothes and linens
