Nanny for school runs

This wonderful family is seeking an after-school nanny to care for their delightful baby and school-aged child on a permanent basis. The role encompasses all typical nanny responsibilities. They have 2 cats, but no care is required for them. Initially, the main focus will be on the eldest child, transitioning to caring for both children starting January 2025.

A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: Normal term time: 14 hours a week- 3.20-6.50 Monday to Thursday plus extra hours if needed. likely a night until 9-10 every few weeks.

The term dates for this year are Winter term: 4th of September - 25th of October, 4th of November - 20th of December, Spring term: 7th of January - 14th of February , 24th February - 4th of April, Summer term: 23rd of April - 23rd of May,

Duties include:

• preparing healthy meals and snacks
• washing and dressing the children
• helping with homework
• doing after school activities with the children
• preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
• doing arts and crafts
• taking the children to parks and playgrounds
• preparing them for bed and reading them stories
