Nanny-Housekeeper, 28 to 30 hours per week, Job ID J1C02B

A Part-time Nanny Housekeeper is needed by a family in Addlestone, Surrey, to assist with maintaining their home while also helping to care for their toddler and precious baby. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, warm, and reliable, capable of carrying out all childcare and housekeeping duties. The primary focus will be on the baby, as the older child attends nursery. The candidate will also be expected to occasionally cook and prepare meals for the children.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, around 28 to 30 hours per week

Duties include:

• Supporting with nappy changes and ensuring proper hygiene for the children
• Bathing and dressing the children, maintaining their cleanliness and comfort
• Promoting the children’s overall safety, well-being, and developmental progress
• Preparing and offering nutritious meals and snacks suited to the children’s needs
• Keeping their bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and well-maintained
• Engaging them in stimulating play, age-appropriate learning activities, and outdoor excursions like park visits
• Occasionally, preparing meals specifically for the children
• Managing light housekeeping tasks related to the children’s care and environment
