Nanny-Housekeeper, afternoon, Tuesday to Friday

An experienced Nanny-Housekeeper is in search of a lovely family based in Berkhamsted to look after their two charming school-aged children in the afternoons, from Tuesday to Friday. The nanny-housekeeper will take charge of school runs, homework assistance, and meal preparations for the children. All general housekeeping duties will be expected as well as cooking dinner meals for the family occasionally. A confident driver is an absolute requirement for this role. They have a cleaner who comes once a week so no deep cleaning will be required. A valid first aid qualification is required for this job.

This Berkhamsted family has 2 lovely cats that need to be fed sometimes so the candidate must be pet-friendly.

Working hours: Term Time: 22 hours, Tuesday to Friday, 1 pm to 7 pm Holidays: 57 hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6/7 pm

Duties include:

• school runs
• helping with homework
• preparation of healthy meals for the children
• supporting all aspects of their development
• keeping their bedrooms and play area neat and tidy
• organising the laundry and ironing
• setting feeding and nap times
• playing both fun and educational games
• loading the dishwasher
• taking them for walks to the local park or high street
• ensuring they are washed and ready for bed at the end of the day

A qualified nanny-housekeeper must be willing to start by the beginning of September.
