Nanny housekeeper for live in job

A Portuguese-speaking Nanny Housekeeper is required by a welcoming family residing in Kilburn to provide childcare support to their toddler and two school-aged children in a live-in job. They seek an energetic and organised candidate who takes initiative in doing housekeeping duties. Cooking and preparing basic healthy meals for them will be also part of the role. A qualified candidate who is willing to join them when they travel to Portugal would be a perfect fit for this role. Someone who speaks Portuguese and who holds a valid first aid qualification is an absolute requirement.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm, 50 hours a week plus one babysitting per week.

Accommodation: Double bedroom with shared bathroom with the children.

Duties include:

• assisting with bath time routine,
• dressing the children,
• feeding them,
• cleaning them up after every meal,
• taking them to playdates,
• preparing various age-appropriate activities,
• playing with them,
• helping the other children with homework,
• making sure they are always happy and safe,
• changing nappies and helping the little one with potty/toilet training,
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners,
• take care of the household,
• cooking for the family,
• making sure the toilet and bathroom are clean,
• doing the grocery shopping and errands,
• organising cupboards and changing bedsheets.
