Nanny housekeeper for live in job

This Milton Keynes-based family is searching for a Nanny-Housekeeper to provide childcare support to their two lovely school-aged children on a live-in job basis. The role includes school pickups and drop-offs as their school is within a 15-minute walking distance. All general housekeeping tasks will also be required as well as the preparation of basic healthy meals for the family. It would be ideal if the nanny housekeeper can drive and can join them when they travel, A valid first aid qualification is a must.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2 pm to 9 pm

Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom

Duties include:

• Responsible for the safety, well-being, care and development of young children.
• Helping the children to gain independence and do things for themselves
• Providing healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• Providing supervision and constant care to children.
• Being disciplined with the children when required.
• Tidying up children's bedrooms and play areas.
• Managing the household – keeping things organised, having attention to detail and being proactive about upcoming events and activities
• Ironing and laundry
• Dusting and polishing
• Make up beds and change linens
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
• Deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchen
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher
• Planning and organising age-related activities.
• Stimulating children to read and be active.
• Implementing daily routines.

The Milton Keynes family is looking for someone who can start by November.
