A welcoming family based in Barnet, London, is seeking an experienced Nanny Housekeeper to care for their 3-year-old child while helping maintain their family home.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and speak fluent English. The family is looking for someone warm, reliable, organised, and flexible, with confidence managing both childcare and housekeeping responsibilities. A driver would be a bonus but is not essential. The successful candidate should also be comfortable travelling with the family worldwide.

The role will involve caring for the child, supporting their daily routines and development, preparing child-focused meals, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the home. Flexibility to care for the property when the family is away will also be required.

A valid first aid certification is required for this role.

Working hours: 35 hours per week, with a choice of Monday to Friday or Wednesday to Sunday. Flexibility to work additional hours is required.

Duties include:

• caring for a 3-year-old child
• ensuring the child's safety, well-being, and development
• establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines
• bathing and maintaining proper hygiene
• preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the child
• engaging the child in interactive play and educational activities
• arranging outdoor outings, such as visits to the park
• encouraging early literacy through reading
• supporting the child's educational development
• keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean and organised
• carrying out general housekeeping duties throughout the home
• sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces
• cleaning and sanitising bathrooms and the kitchen
• managing laundry, ironing, and changing bed linen
• keeping dishware clean and organised
• preparing food with a focus on the child's needs
• caring for the property when the family is away
• travelling with the family worldwide when required
