A Live in Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this wonderful family based in Chislehurst, London to assist them in looking after their two school-aged children while ensuring the cleanliness of their home. An ideal candidate will be someone organised, flexible and hardworking who can carry out all childcare and housekeeping duties. Additional responsibilities include preparing dinner for the family, mainly the mother and children, on most evenings. The family also has a friendly dog, so the role will involve pet-related tasks such as walking, feeding, and taking the dog to grooming appointments. A driver who holds a full driving license is a must for this role and an automatic car can be provided. They prefer someone who has good communication skills and who is fluent with the English language.

A valid paediatric first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 6:15 am to 7:15 pm, Friday from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm, approximately 60 hours per week

Accommodation: Own double bedroom and own bathroom

Duties include:

• Supervising and assisting with the children’s homework
• Preparing meals and snacks for the children
• Supporting the children with their bath and bedtime routine
• Wiping down kitchen surfaces and cleaning utensils after use
• Managing laundry and ironing tasks
• Performing vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing throughout the home
• Running errands and handling grocery shopping as needed
• Changing bed linens and keeping bedrooms tidy
• Taking the children to activities, appointments, and playdates
• Ensuring the children’s bedroom and bathroom are kept clean and well-maintained
