A lovely family in Notting Hill, London is looking for a live-in nanny-housekeeper to help care for their baby and two school-aged children, while also keeping their home clean and organized. They’re seeking someone energetic, physically fit, and dynamic, as the house has multiple staircases.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, comfortable working alongside another nanny to manage both childcare and housekeeping duties. The role will focus mainly on childcare on Saturdays and housekeeping during weekdays, with additional responsibilities including cooking and meal preparation for the whole family. Flexibility to travel internationally with the family is also required.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday from 6:30/7:00 am start time working until 7:30/8:00 pm, but with big breaks in the day. (Typically working around 10 hours in total per day)

Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom

Duties include:

• Assisting with the children’s bath time routine
• Dressing the children appropriately for the day or activities
• Cleaning the children after every meal
• Preparing and organising age-appropriate activities
• Helping the older child with homework and learning tasks
• Ensuring the children are always safe, happy, and well cared for
• Changing nappies as needed
• Cleaning and sterilising bottles
• Preparing milk for the little one
• Supporting the children’s bedtime routine
• Keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times
• Mopping the floors regularly
• Managing laundry and ironing for the household
• Organising the children’s clothes and wardrobe
• Washing the dishes and tidying up after meals
• Cooking simple, nutritious meals for the family
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the entire family

While the family has a strong preference for French speakers, English-speaking candidates will also be considered. A valid first aid certificate is essential for this role. They are looking for someone to hire in September 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
