Nanny-Housekeeper needed for 20 hours per week, Job ID J1D741

A busy family in Highbury, London, is seeking an energetic, diligent and caring Nanny Housekeeper to complete housekeeping duties throughout the day and also look after their 3 children. The children will need to be picked up from school around 16:00 and then dropped off at home. The candidate will need to be flexible with hours, as they may sometimes be asked to work an extra couple of hours babysitting, and at other times, they may be told they are not needed for the last couple of hours of their shift. General housekeeping duties are expected. Cooking will be a bonus. A valid First Aid qualification is also required. A driver is required.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 18:00 (Very flexible)

Duties include:

• Ironing clothes and maintaining garments
• Handling laundry, including washing, drying, and folding
• Caring for delicate and important household items
• Hoovering carpets and rugs
• Mopping floors to maintain cleanliness
• Cleaning windows, cupboards, and surface tops
• Maintaining kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms to a high standard
• Wardrobe management and organisation
• Supporting children with learning activities
• Washing and dressing the children
• Engaging the children in play and creative activities
• Changing nappies and ensuring hygiene
• Sterilising and cleaning milk bottles
• Escorting children to various activities
• Ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and happiness at all times

This lovely family is looking to hire as soon as possible, but they are willing to wait for right candidate.
