Nanny-Housekeeper on a live in basis, Job ID J18C27

A Live in Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this wonderful family in Woodford Green, Essex to help them in looking after their school-aged twins whilst maintaining the cleanliness of their property. They are looking for a second hand, someone very energetic, kind, with initiative and reliable. The role involves all general nanny and housekeeping duties, including cooking healthy meals for the family.

Big preference for Tagalog speakers however they can consider candidates who has a good level of English. A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, plus half-day on Saturday, 60 hours per week

Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom

Duties include:

• Responsible for the safety, well-being, care and development of the children.
• Providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Tidying up children's bedrooms and play areas
• Implementing daily routines
• Maintaining a clean family home
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
• Dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
• Cleaning wash basins, bathtubs and showers
• Deep cleaning the kitchen
• Washing clothes
• Unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
• Ironing
• Making up the beds and changing the linens
• Washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher

They are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
