Nanny-Housekeeper on a live-in basis, Job ID J1C86D

A lovely family based in Brighton, East Sussex is looking for a Live in Nanny-Housekeeper to help them in caring for their three school-aged children while maintaining the cleanliness of their home. They seek someone warm and happy who can carry out all childcare and housekeeping duties. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals mostly for the children. The family has a dog at home so someone pet-friendly is ideal but is not a must. A driver who holds a full driving license would be a bonus but is not essential.

Someone who could speak Spanish or Italian languages would be a bonus but English-speaking candidates are welcome to apply. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday for 45 hours per week on a flexible schedule plus occasional babysitting on Saturday to be paid extra

Accommodation: Separate bedroom

Duties include:

• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
• Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Engaging the children in interactive play, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
• Ironing and laundry
• Dusting and polishing
• Make up beds and change linens
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
• Deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchen
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher
• Maintaining an exceptionally clean environment

They are looking for someone who can start in July 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
