A Live in Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this lovely family based in Notting Hill, London to help them in looking after their precious baby and two school-aged children, while also keeping the home clean and well organised. An ideal candidate will be someone energetic, physically fit, and comfortable navigating a house with several staircases. They need someone who will enjoy working as part of a team, supporting another nanny with both childcare and household tasks. During the week, the focus will be on housekeeping, while Saturdays will centre around childcare. The role also includes cooking and preparing meals for the family. The candidate must be comfortable joining them when they take international trips.

While the family has a strong preference for French speakers, English-speaking candidates will also be considered. A valid first aid certificate is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday from 6:30/7:00 am to 7:30/8:00 pm with big breaks in the day, approximately 60 hours per week. (Typically working around 10 hours in total per day)

Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom

Duties include:

• Assisting with the children’s bath time routine
• Dressing the children appropriately for the day or activities
• Cleaning the children after every meal
• Preparing and organising age-appropriate activities
• Helping the older child with homework and learning tasks
• Ensuring the children are always safe, happy, and well cared for
• Changing nappies as needed
• Cleaning and sterilising bottles
• Preparing milk for the little one
• Supporting the children’s bedtime routine
• Keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times
• Mopping the floors regularly
• Managing laundry and ironing for the household
• Organising the children’s clothes and wardrobe
• Washing the dishes and tidying up after meals
• Cooking simple, nutritious meals for the family
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the entire family
