Nanny-Housekeeper, part time

A Part time Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this wonderful family in Clapham, London to help them in looking after their toddler, school-aged child whilst maintaining the cleanliness of their home. The nanny will be calm and patient but have the energy to keep up with the children and take charge of light housekeeping tasks related to them. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the children and must be aware that both children have allergies so the nanny needs to be extra cautious.

Someone who could speak the French language is ideal however they can consider English-speaking candidates. A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm, 18 hours per week plus 3 hours for housekeeping

Duties include:

• preparing meals for the children
• supporting all aspects of their development
• keeping their bedrooms and play area neat and tidy
• organising the laundry and ironing
• setting feeding and nap times
• playing both fun and educational games
• changing them when needed
• loading the dishwasher
• taking them for walks to the local park or high street
• ensuring they are washed and ready for bed at the end of the day
