A wonderful family in the Bromley area is looking for a Part time Nanny-Housekeeper to provide proper care for their precious baby and toddler and maintain the cleanliness of their home. The family are looking for someone energetic, proactive, focused on developmental stages and easygoing. The candidate will be expected to cook and prepare healthy meals for the family. A driver who owns a car and holds a full driving license is required for this role. Big preference for German speakers however they can consider English-speaking candidates.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm, Tuesday from 6:30 am to 9:00 am then 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday and Friday from 6:30 am to 9:00 am, and Saturday from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, 31 hours per week
Duties include:
- Assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for infant
- Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
- Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
- Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
- Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
- Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
- Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
- Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
- Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
- Making beds and replacing linens as needed
- Cleaning and organising dish ware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
They are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
