Nanny-Housekeeper to work part-time, Job ID J1C353

A Part time Nanny-Housekeeper is needed to help a family in maintaining their household and caring for their three school-aged children in Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne. They value someone who enjoys engaging with children and creating opportunities for fun and social development. The role will include occasional babysitting and overnight proxy parenting may also be required with notice. A driver who holds a full driving license is essential for this role and the family will provide the car. They are also open to hiring Live in Nanny-Housekeeper candidates.

A valid first aid qualification is needed.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 7 pm.

Duties include:

• load and unload the dishwasher
• change the bed sheets
• organise and maintain their wardrobes
• hoover and mop the floors
• clean the bathroom sinks and mirrors
• fold away ironed clothes
• arranging day trips
• playing both fun and educational games
• weekly meal planning and kitchen organisation for children's meals
• grocery shopping, errands and children's laundry
• tidying children's areas and managing toys/clothes
• helping children with homework
• reading stories together
• taking them to the local park for a runaround
• doing arts and crafts together

They are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
