Nanny in London

A reliable and experienced Full-time Nanny in Clapham, London is in search of a lovely household to provide childcare assistance to their baby and toddler on a long-term basis. All general nanny duties are required in this role. The older child will start nursery in September, but until then, the nanny will be responsible for both children on a daily basis. The family values a nurturing and engaging environment, where children can thrive and develop. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 plus years of experience as a Nanny. Must have a genuine love for children be patient, and possess strong communication skills. Someone who knows how to drive would be advantageous for this role. They own a friendly dog so someone comfortable around animals is ideal.

A valid first aid qualification is a must.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, with flexibility for overtime as needed.

Duties include:

• preparing healthy and varied meals for the children
• organising the children’s daily schedule
• changing nappies
• cleaning and sterilising bottles
• setting up nap routine
• washing and dressing the children
• playing with the children
• taking track of the children’s development and updating the parents
• making sure the children are always safe and happy
• organising the children’s clothes
• doing laundry and ironing the children’s clothes
• making sure the children’s room is always clean
• doing occasional grocery shopping for the children’s supplies
