Nanny needed in London for live in position

A nanny in Kensington London for live in position is needed by a family to look after their two charming school aged children. They need someone that has had some tutoring experience in their career so that personal nurturing could aid them academically. All general nanny duties are required in this role. The candidate would be expected to undertake light housekeeping duties such as being in charge of part of the laundry, putting things back in their designated places, loading the dishwasher and making the beds. It is also required that the nanny will prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children. Someone who knows how to drive would be advantageous for this role. The family is also looking for someone who is comfortable travelling since they would be spending the vacation out of the country.

A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm

Accommodation: Own room and own bathroom

Duties include:

• making sure the children are up early in the morning,
• preparing healthy breakfast and snacks,
• washing and dressing them,
• helping with homework,
• doing after school activities with the children,
• preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development,
• messy play with the children,
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children,
• doing arts and crafts,
• taking them to parks and playgrounds,
• feeding the children and helping with the bedtime routine.

This Kensington based family would need someone to start as soon as possible.
