A wonderful family based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire is looking for a Part-time Nanny to provide attentive care for their adorable toddler. They are looking for someone experienced, caring and easygoing with a basic understanding of child development. The role includes general childcare and some housekeeping duties connected to their child. A driver is required, with a preference for candidates who have their own car. The family has a dog at home which is needed to take for a short walk in the afternoon so someone pet-friendly would be ideal but it is not a must.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm, between 27.5 to 30 hours per week

Duties include:

• Assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles
• Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the child
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the child
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the child
• Keeping the child's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Engaging the child in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the child
• Supporting the child’s educational growth
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the child's structure and development
