Nanny to help in a live in capacity

A family based in Hampstead, London seeks a nanny/governess to work in a live in full time position and help them in taking care of their adorable school-aged child. The duties are mostly child-related and the nanny will have to ensure school runs, making sure that children follow a routine that allows for homework and educational activities, ensuring the child’s timetable is adequate and allows for the day to run smoothly. The housekeeping duties are light and only child-focused too. The child shows symptoms of light dyslexia and ADHD so someone patient and with teaching experience is appreciated. A valid first aid qualification is a must for this live in nanny/governess role in Hampstead.

Working hours: Tuesday and Wednesday, 6:30 am to 9:30 am to then 3:30 pm to 8 pm, Thursday and Friday, 7 am to 9:30 am and 3:30 pm to 8 pm plus Saturday, 9 am to 3 pm with additional 2 babysittings a week

Accommodation: Private double bedroom

Duties include:

• cooking healthy meals for the child
• following morning and afternoon routines
• helping the child with homework
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners
• creating activities and playdates
• preparing and administering healthy food for the child
• preparing and assisting with bathtime and bedtime
• cleaning and washing up after the child’s meals
• washing and ironing child’s clothes
• and reporting every activity and issue to the parents
