Nanny to help with two school aged children

A family based in Ascot, Berkshire is looking for a full time nanny to look after their two shool aged children. The ideal candidate will have some experience working with special needs children although this is not a must. It is very important for the parents to find a nanny that will be very proactive, patient, and caring. The nanny will be responsible for all nanny duties including cooking meals, school drop off and pick up and helping with homework, and organizing after-school activities. Someone who knows how to drive his/ her own car is a must.

A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: Monday and Friday from 3 pm to 7 pm and then on Tuesday to Thursday from 8 am to 7 pm

Duties include:

• preparing healthy meals and snacks
• washing and dressing the children
• helping with homework
• doing after school activities with the children
• preparing recreational activities that will boost the children’s physical and mental development
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the children
• doing arts and crafts
• taking the children to parks and playgrounds
• preparing them for bed and reading them stories
