A family based in Islington, North London, is looking for an experienced and reliable Afterschool Nanny to support their household and care for their two school-aged children.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year of professional childcare experience. A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, from 3:45 PM to 7:00 PM (with optional Friday hours), totaling 12 to 15 hours per week.

Duties include:

• collecting the eldest child from school near Chancery Lane at 3:45 PM, then collecting the youngest child from her school in Islington and safely bringing both girls home
• ensuring the safety, well-being, and developmental growth of the children
• engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as park visits
• providing homework assistance and supporting the children's educational growth
• establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support structure and development
• preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
• handling light housekeeping tasks, including emptying the dishwasher and keeping the kitchen and common areas tidy

The family is looking for someone who can start on 14 September 2026.
