Part-time Afterschool Nanny, Job ID J1E612

A lovely family, based in Paddington, is looking for an experienced Part-time after-school nanny to care for their three children. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills (fluent or native level), as supporting homework is a key part of the role; someone who enjoys working with children and is confident in guiding children through routines, setting boundaries, and encouraging respectful behaviour - a driver is not essential but would be a bonus.

Working hours: Monday to Friday

14:00 to 19:00 during Term Time | 08:00 to 18:00 during school holidays (occasional but rare proxy parenting)

Duties include:

• School pickups
• Engaging the children in interactive play and educational activities.
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children.
• Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth.
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development.
• Light housekeeping duties related to the children - keeping bedrooms and play areas clean and tidy
• Children's laundry
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children

The family is looking for someone to start in November/ December 2025.
