Part-time Housekeeper-Cook, Job ID J1E50C

A lovely family based in Teddington, London, is seeking a reliable Part-time Housekeeper Cook to keep their home clean, tidy, and well-organised. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with laundry tasks (minimal ironing, mainly sports clothes) and preparing batch meals. The family is flexible with days and hours, provided the work is done on weekdays and during daytime hours. As they already have a cleaner, this role will involve minimal deep cleaning, focusing instead on maintaining organisation and keeping the household clutter-free. Cooking is an essential part of this position.

Working hours: 3 days a week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (but flexible)

Duties include:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of a private residence
• Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
• Preparing and cooking healthy meals for the family
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure a neat and tidy environment
• Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
• Overseeing the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
• Washing, drying, and neatly organising clothing and household linens
• Managing all laundry duties, including ironing and folding
• Making beds and replacing linens as required
• Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
