Part-time Housekeeper Cook, Job ID J21BC1

A lovely family of five is looking for a child-friendly housekeeper to provide help and support. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a high level of energy, and the maturity to assist the mother with daily activities while keeping the house in order. Duties include general cleaning, organisation, and cooking when required. The position is initially for 3 times a week, with the potential for hours to increase in the future. Occasional assistance may be needed for school or nursery pick-ups. Must be willing to look after the children for brief periods, such as when the mother takes a shower or runs a quick errand.

Working hours: 4 hours, 3 times a week.

Duties include:

• Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence.
• Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area.
• Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens.
• Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding.
• Making beds and replacing linens as needed.
• Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher.
