Part-time Housekeeper in AL5, Job ID J232F2

A lovely family based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to support the smooth running of their home. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience. Housekeeping duties will include keeping family living areas clean and organised, maintaining the kitchen, and helping with laundry and ironing. A driver would be a bonus, but this is not essential.

Working hours: Two days in the week (Fairly flexible on days of the week / hours of the week)

Duties include:

• Cleaning throughout once a week with toilets / bathrooms being done twice a week
• ⁠Deeper cleaning of fridge, oven, furniture etc. every 1-2 months
• ⁠All laundry and ironing
• ⁠Changing of all bedding once / week
• ⁠Maintain cleaning supplies
• ⁠Water indoor plants
• ⁠Preparing 2-3 meals each week that can be stored in the freezer and used by us when needed

The family is looking for someone who can start on 1 December 2026.
