Part-time Housekeeper in BN7, Job ID J18F33

This lovely family is seeking a part-time housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of their home. The role involves all general housekeeping duties. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, energetic, and a self-starter, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A child-friendly approach is essential, and candidates should have at least 2 years of experience or be highly competent as a self-starter. Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, and thorough cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen. Laundry, including handling delicates, is also required, as well as cooking for the family. The family is open to candidates of all language backgrounds.

Working hours: Monday to Friday. 9:00 am or 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

Accommodation: Open to Live-in separate accommodation

Duties include:

• dusting and mopping the floors
• doing the laundry and ironing
• polishing the furniture
• cleaning the windows
• organising and maintaining their wardrobes
• running errands such as grocery shopping
• preparing a variety of healthy meals, following recipes
• dry cleaning
• weekly deep cleans of the kitchen and bathrooms
• unloading and loading the dishwasher

This lovely family is keen to hire in October 2024, though they’re flexible and willing to wait for the ideal candidate.
