Part-time Housekeeper in BR3, Job ID J22105

A lovely family based in Beckenham, London, is seeking an experienced Part-time Live-out Housekeeper to help maintain their family home.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, organised, and proactive, with previous experience working in private households. Someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-organised home while confidently preparing family meals would be well suited to this role. Although there are no specific childcare responsibilities, occasional supervision of the family's school-aged child may be required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all general housekeeping duties in a two-bedroom, one-bathroom bungalow, while also preparing lunches and dinners for the family to support the smooth running of the household.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, for a total of 20 hours per week.

Duties include:

• maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home
• carrying out all general housekeeping duties
• sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and tidying throughout the property
• cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and bathroom
• managing household laundry and ironing as required
• preparing lunches and dinners for the family
• carrying out meal preparation in advance when needed
• providing occasional supervision for the family's school-aged child
• maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming home environment

The family is looking for someone who can start on 10th August 2026.
