Part-Time Housekeeper in Hemel Hempstead, Job ID J2285A

A family based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire (HP3), is looking for an experienced and proactive Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain their family home and provide occasional mother's help. The household includes four children ranging from an infant to teenagers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional housekeeping experience, comfort around pets (including vacuuming the rabbits' enclosure), and a flexible, helpful approach to assisting with the youngest child when needed.

Duties include:

• maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organized family home
• sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors across the residence
• dusting and polishing furniture and fittings
• cleaning and sanitizing wash basins, bathtubs, and showers
• executing a deep clean of the kitchen and managing dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
• washing clothes, managing laundry tasks, ironing, and neatly organizing garments
• making beds and changing linens regularly
• cleaning windows and mirrors
• maintaining pet areas, including hoovering the rabbits' enclosure
• providing mother's help and looking after the infant when needed

The family is looking for someone who can start on 12 October 2026.
