A lovely family based in the New Malden area seeks a proactive and child-friendly Housekeeper to support the smooth running of their busy family home. The ideal candidate will speak fluent English and will be organised, reliable, and confident in managing general housekeeping duties. Someone who can take initiative, anticipate the family’s needs, and work well alongside existing household staff would be ideal for this role. The family has a 21-month-old child and a baby on the way, although no childcare will be required as they already have a nanny. The housekeeper will work alongside the existing nanny and cleaner, with the main focus on general housekeeping, wardrobe management, laundry, ironing, and meal support. Deep cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms will not be required. There may be potential for increased hours during the summer, especially when the family needs extra support during frequent partner travel.
Working hours: 3 days per week, 3 hours per day
