Part-time Nanny-Housekeeper for 25 hours per week, Job ID J1C998

A lovely family in Highgate, London, is seeking a part-time Nanny-Housekeeper to care for their baby and toddler. The role involves all general nanny and housekeeping duties. Fluency in Italian is required. The family is looking for someone who is committed to a long-term position, as both parents have demanding careers and require reliable, consistent support. A valid paediatric first aid qualification is essential for this role.

Working hours: Monday to Wednesday, from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Thursday, from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Friday from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

Duties include:

• Collecting the children from school (located 10 to 15 minutes away on foot)
• Ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and comfort at all times
• Engaging the children in age-appropriate and stimulating after-school activities
• Assisting the children with their after-school routines
• Performing general housekeeping duties to support the household
• Managing laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes
• Ironing clothing and household linens as required
• Tidying communal areas, bedrooms, and children’s spaces regularly
• Maintaining overall household organisation and cleanliness (no deep cleaning involved)
• Assisting with meal preparation and family dinner planning
• Helping to prepare and serve dinner for the family
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy after use

This lovely family is keen to hire by the end of August or the beginning of September.
