Part-time Nanny-Housekeeper in Essex, Job ID J21892

A welcoming family in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex is looking for an experienced and proactive Nanny Housekeeper to care for their preschool and school-aged children. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, speak fluent English, and be confident managing both childcare and general housekeeping duties. A driver with their own car is required.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 12 pm or until 3 pm, with approximately 21 hours per week.

Duties include:

• caring for the children and ensuring their safety and wellbeing
• carrying out all general childcare duties
• supporting the children's daily routines and development
• organising age-appropriate activities and play
• keeping the children's bedrooms and play areas tidy
• maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the family home
• carrying out general housekeeping duties
• sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• dusting and polishing surfaces
• cleaning and maintaining bathrooms and the kitchen
• managing laundry and ironing as required
• making beds and changing bed linens
• keeping the household organised and presentable
• providing basic care for the outdoor dog when required

No cooking is required for this position. A valid first aid certification is required for this role. The family is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
