This lovely family based in Hackney, London, is seeking a Part-time Nanny to care for their baby. Speaking Portuguese would be a bonus, and having a driver is also desirable. All general nanny duties are required, and the role may occasionally involve travel to the family’s other home within the UK. They are looking for a kind, well-educated nanny, ideally with an educational background, who can actively support the child’s development. At times, the nanny may provide care at either the mother’s or father’s home, which are located just five minutes apart, to ensure balanced support across both households. The ideal candidate will be engaging, able to plan fun and educational activities, and committed to fostering the child’s growth. A valid first-aid qualification is essential for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Extra babysitting as needed.

Duties include:

• preparing milk
• organising the child’s daily schedule
• changing nappies
• cleaning and sterilising bottles
• setting up nap routine
• washing and dressing the child
• playing with the child
• taking track of the child’s development and updating the parents
• making sure the child is always safe and happy
• maintaining a clean environment for the child
• doing laundry and ironing the child’s clothes
