Part Time Nanny in Kensington

A Part-Time Live Out Nanny is needed by a family to look after their lovely baby in Kensington, London. Someone who speaks Swedish would be a bonus but not a must. The role will be both shared care and sole charge. They are looking for someone very professional, but also easy going and that can fit in well with the family.

The working hours for this job would be 3 full days per week, approximately 30 to 35 hours per week. They will require some flexibility on this depending on the baby's routine changing. There will also be more hours with babysittings and on some weekends when needed.

Duties for this position would include

• ensuring the baby is safe at all times
• sterilising milk bottles and feeding the baby milk
• arranging the laundry and ironing
• singing nursery rhymes to the child
• establishing a sleep and feeding routine
• making the beds
• organising and maintaining their wardrobes
• taking the baby on walks for fresh air
• helping with bath time
• giving weekly updates on the child's development

The Nanny will also be responsible for doing some light housekeeping such as

• organising the child’s clothes,
• doing laundry and ironing the child’s clothes,
• making sure the child’s room is always clean

A valid first aid qualification is needed for this role. Someone who is a pet-friendly would be ideal as the family owns a dog. The family would like someone to start in October.
