Part-time Nanny, Job ID J1E41D

A wonderful family in the Brighton area is seeking a Part-time Nanny to provide attentive care for their delightful toddler and school-aged child. They are looking for an experienced, caring, and easygoing individual with a basic understanding of child development. The role involves all typical childcare duties. The family are very flexible in regards to the nanny's hours/days and wants a bit of extra help during the week. A driver with a full driving licence would be a bonus but is not essential. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (open to 4 days a week from 1 pm to 7 pm with additional ad hoc babysitting

Duties include:

• School pick-ups
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings, such as visits to the park
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to promote structure and development
• Keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s needs
