Part-time Nanny role, Job ID J1E66F

This lovely family based in Watford, Hertfordshire, is seeking a Part-time Nanny to care for their lovely baby. Fluency in English is essential for this role. The position involves all general nanny duties, including preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks. The family would appreciate someone with a Montessori or educational background, although this is not essential. They are looking for a nanny who is interested in a long-term role. A valid first aid qualification is required for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Duties include:

• Creating creative and educational activities.
• Applying Montessori or early years learning principles (beneficial but not required).
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.
• Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children.
• Supporting the children’s educational growth.
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development.
• Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks.
• Light housekeeping duties related to the children.
