A warm and welcoming private family in Istanbul, Turkey is seeking a kind, professional, and experienced Live-In Nanny to support a hands-on mother caring for her 11-month-old baby girl. This is not a sole-charge position; the nanny will work closely with the mother in a respectful, fully involved caregiving environment.

The ideal candidate is a career nanny with a calm, nurturing presence and a collaborative mindset. The family values adaptability, clear communication, and a strong understanding of infant care and development. This is a fully staffed household; the nanny’s focus will be solely on the baby and support for the mother.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the mother with all aspects of baby care
• Provide stimulating, age-appropriate activities and play
• Maintain the cleanliness of the nursery and the baby’s items
• Accompany the mother on outings or appointments as needed
• Light mealtime cleanup (especially on weekends)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional childcare experience
• Fluent English speaker
• Non-smoker
• Paediatric First Aid & Infant CPR (valid certification)
• Being able to travel to USA, UK, Europe

Package:

• Up to €6500 NET per month
• Private ensuite room on a separate floor
• 3 weeks paid leave
• 6 days on / 1 day off (with occasional flexibility)
• 8 - 10 hours/day, depending on mother’s needs
