Regular Nanny-Housekeeper, 50 hours per week

This welcoming family residing in Guildford, Surrey is searching for a Regular Nanny-Housekeeper to provide childcare assistance to their toddler and school-aged child for 50 hours per week. They ideally need someone who has experience caring for babies so they will be confident leaving their children in sole charge of care. A nanny-housekeeper who can drive is a huge bonus and the family can provide a car. An ideal candidate will be someone who is able to help the housekeeper and go grocery shopping. The candidate will also be responsible to cook and prepare healthy nutritious meals for the children. Someone who is comfortable and flexible to travel with the family is strongly considered since the family frequently takes long and international trips. Someone comfortable around animals is preferred as they own two lovely dogs and cats.

The family welcomes a Live-in candidate as well and a valid first aid qualification is essential.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm for 50 hours a week.

Duties include:

• assisting with bath time routine
• dressing the children
• feeding them
• cleaning them up after every meal
• taking them to playdates
• preparing various age-appropriate activities
• playing with them
• helping the other child with homework
• making sure they are always happy and safe
• changing nappies and helping the little one with potty/toilet training
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners
• take care of the household
• cooking for the family
• making sure the toilet and bathroom are clean
• doing the grocery shopping and errands
• organising cupboards and changing bedsheets

A qualified candidate must be willing to start as soon as possible.
