SW18 After-school Nanny for busy family, Job ID J1C7B7

A family in Earlsfield, London is looking for an After-school Nanny to look after their toddler and school-aged child. The nanny will be calm and patient but have the energy to keep up with the children and take charge of light housekeeping tasks related to them. A driver is required for this role and the client can provide a car. Someone who could speak French or Spanish languages would be a bonus but English-speaking candidates will also be considered.

A valid first aid qualification is a must for this role.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm, approximately 20.5 hours per week and the client is happy to offer more hours if the candidate can cook for the family.

Duties include:

• Picking the child up from school and transporting him to and from after-school activities, playdates, or appointments
• Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the child
• Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the child
• Engaging the child in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
• Putting child to bed
• Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the child
• Providing homework assistance and supporting the child’s educational growth
• Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the child structure and development
• Keeping the child's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks
